Since 2007, I have been working with great pleasure as an integrative therapist for adults and as a (career) coach. Conversations are alternated with techniques such as systemic work (1-on-1 constellations), ACT, focusing, and NLP. Through an open atmosphere, genuine attention, and thought-provoking questions, I invite you to discover new perspectives, live more and more from your essence, and from there truly take steps in your development. I combine (clear) sensitivity with insightful techniques. This quickly reveals the core and creates room for change. My specializations are: burnout & stress, high sensitivity (HSP), recognizing and learning to express emotions, self-realization, insecurity, and dilemmas.
