Individuele therapie, relatietherapie en bedrijfscounseling
Soms voel je dat er iets schuurt, maar kun je er niet precies de vinger op leggen. Of je weet het wel, en toch lukt het niet om het anders te doen. Je doet wat nodig is, en toch kost het meer energie dan je lief is. In relaties, in je werk, of gewoon in hoe je naar jezelf kijkt.
Misschien merk je dat je jezelf aanpast. Dat je veel nadenkt over gesprekken. Dat je sterk bent voor anderen, maar minder goed weet wat jij zelf nodig hebt. Of je zit in een overgangsfase, zoals een scheiding of nieuwe relatie, en zoekt houvast.
In mijn praktijk begeleid ik volwassenen die meer helderheid en stevigheid willen ervaren in zichzelf. We onderzoeken samen wat er onder je reacties en patronen ligt. Zodat je beter begrijpt wat je voelt, waarom je doet wat je doet, en wat er nodig is om andere keuzes kunt maken. Ik werk onder andere met inzichten uit EFT en transactionele analyse. Dat betekent dat we zowel kijken naar emoties als naar patronen in contact.
Mijn manier van werken is betrokken, rustig en verdiepend, met aandacht voor wat er hier en nu gebeurt. Je kunt bij mij terecht voor:
- individuele therapie: 80 euro per uur
- relatietherapie: 90 euro per 1,25 uur
Voel je dat het tijd is om dichter bij jezelf te komen staan, dan ben je welkom om contact op te nemen.
