Everybody has their own song, deep inside. Sometimes it's hard to hear, or it's so loud it's difficult to experience anything else! I help people who are in the care of Mental Health Care services to find more balance, relax, talk about the spiritual side of their experiences, and develop recovery-focused diets and lifestyles.
