Cranio Sacraal Therapie is op mijn pad gekomen en het is de beste "beweging" gebleken voor mijn lijf en geest. In de flow. Zacht, onderzoekend, stromend, verbindend. Cranio Sacraal Therapie is een vorm van lichaamsbehandeling waarbij je opnieuw in verbinding komt met jezelf. Door zachte aanrakingen worden je lichaam en geest gehoord, en uitgenodigd om te "praten". Dit praten gebeurt veelal zonder woorden: jouw lichaam vertelt waar het stress, problemen of blokkades ervaart en samen staan we daarbij stil. Je voelt het ritme van jouw leven.
Zo kom je terug bij wat al aanwezig is: je diepste wezen, je beste zelf. Dit gaat vaak gepaard met een diepe ontspanning en schept ruimte voor herstel.
