About me
Sjoerd is integratief therapeut en hypnotherapeut i.o., coach, counselor en mindfulnesstrainer. In zijn aanpak gaat hij uit van de totale mens, met alle dimensies en unieke talenten en mogelijkheden die je in je hebt. Want elke psychische klacht is een signaal van iets belangrijks bij jou van binnen dat gehoord wil worden. Door middel van een luisterend oor, een scherpe geest en de nodige humor ondersteunt Sjoerd je om de uitdaging aan te gaan, zodat je grip krijgt op je probleem en groeit als persoon. Met even krachtige als praktische oefeningen ga je aan het werk precies daar waar het probleem zich bevindt: in je binnenwereld. In zijn begeleiding streeft Sjoerd ernaar dat je zo snel mogelijk zelf verder kunt, waarbij je van de hobbel in je pad een opstapje maakt naar persoonlijke groei.
