About me
I am Rosa, a menstrual cycle therapist. I help women with painful periods, PMS, and PCOS towards a pain-free & regular cycle
Do you experience painful periods, PMS, or struggle with PCOS every month?
I’m Rosa, certified cycle therapist, physiotherapist, and personal trainer. I help women move toward a regular, symptom-free cycle, so you can live with more energy and balance.
How I work
Testing is key🔑. At the start of our trajectory, we’ll explore what your body needs through blood, stool, or urine testing. This can often be arranged via your GP, or easily done at home through the lab I collaborate with.
My vision
A healthy cycle occurs when you receive the right nutrients, your gut is in balance, and your nervous system is able to relax. Together, we’ll uncover where your body is out of balance and work step by step toward recovery.
My approach
With real food, herbs, and natural supplements, I’ve already helped dozens of women sustainably relieve their symptoms. The results? Less pain, more energy, and a body that supports you instead of holding you back.
Online guidance
I offer online consultations in both Dutch and English. No matter where you live, together we can work toward a balanced cycle and a life with more energy, strength, and hormonal resilience.
