Welkom! In mijn praktijk ontmoet ik je altijd eerst als mens. Met een nieuwsgierigheid naar jouw (levens)verhaal, wat willen jouw (lichamelijke) klachten jou vertellen? Ik zie vaak mensen die vast zijn gelopen in terugkerende patronen, relaties of werk met uiteenlopende klachten. In mijn praktijk bied ik therapie aan die via de ervaring en het lichaam werkt, met lichaamsgerichte therapie en systemisch werk (waaronder familieopstellingen). In de onderlaag spelen vaak oude patronen, overlevingsreacties of dynamieken uit je familiesysteem mee.
